Shipping policy
We aim all orders to be processed within 24-48 hours of an order being placed, excluding bank holidays. Once dispatched, a shipment confirmation email and tracking number will be sent which will be active within 24 hours.
Returns
We strongly believe in 100% satisfaction, with it being a personal product we are not able to issue and accept returns on our oils due to health and risk of contamination. The products are accurately measured and we like to assure the same quality and quantity to the next customer. If you are unsure about any of our oud oils or are new to oud, we recommend that you purchase a sample first permitting availability of the oil as to avoid the need to return. This will grant you the assurance you need.
Polite notice
We would like to remind our customers that by submitting an order you enter into a binding contract with Jungle Oud whereby the transaction is complete and the items you purchased now belong to you. We do not accept any cancellations once an order has been submitted and paid for, and we reserve the right to decline any cancellation requests. We appreciate your understanding, we do not accept responsibility for anything that happens after an order has been handed over for shipment, and not held liable for any items lost or damaged during transit.
Customs
Jungle Oud are not responsible and cannot accept liability for any taxes, charges that may be imposed by authorities, all fees during or after shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
